As a general rule all sales are final and returns are not accepted however, I strive to make every effort to ensure you are pleased with your purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied with any aspect of your transaction with me, please contact me right away at customerservice.dezignzoo@gmail.com so that I may have the opportunity to address your concerns, answer any questions and/or provide an amicable solution.

NOTICE: USPS and UPS may experience delivery delays, typically from 1-3 days depending on the destination (this includes Priority mail).
