I accept PayPal and VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards securely through PayPal or Stripe. I also accept US Postal Service Money Orders.
When you enter the necessary information to complete your purchase(s) all information is collected via secure server software (SSL) that encrypts your personal information, preventing it from being accessed or read by a third party. Unless given to me for phone orders, I personally do not have access to credit card information. Please keep in mind that, even though Google, Stripe and myself take reasonable steps to protect your information, online security is something that everyone has to work at to make e-commerce safer. Currently I am only required to apply tax to orders that ship within Colorado at a rate of 5.775%
When it is not FREE shipping is charged based on the weight of your purchase(s) and the ship-to address. PLEASE NOTE: The weight of single items includes packing materials therefore, if multiple items are purchased and the combined weight is significantly less than what you were charged for, a cost adjustment and/or refund will be made after your order has shipped.
Generally, I am able to ship orders within one (1) business day of purchase, same day and Saturdays whenever possible. During the holidays however, it may take a little longer but rarely* more than two (2) postal service business days. *It takes a lot to stop me however, severe weather conditions could possibly cause some delay.
Typically it takes 2 - 7 days for delivery depending on chosen shipping method and destination. During the holidays or, if there is severe weather anywhere between Dillon, CO and you, delivery delays should be expected. Nevertheless, if you ever feel your order is taking too long, please don't hesitate to contact me.
As a general rule all sales are final and returns are not accepted however, I strive to make every effort to ensure you are pleased with your purchase. If for some reason you decide you would like to return your purchase contact me within two (2) days of receipt to let me know and obtain return instructions. Then, ship it back to me within 14 days of the day you received your purchase. You will be responsible for return shipping charges. Your return may also be subject to a restocking fee. If you return an order that was sold with free shipping I may, at my discretion, charge you the original shipping and handling charge. Refused orders/deliveries will not be refunded.
Should you decide to cancel your paid order please contact me right away. If your cancellation request is received before the item(s) have shipped a refund will be issued for the item(s) and shipping costs less any non-refundable payment and order processing fees. If your order has already shipped please note you will be refunded for the cost of the product only - you will be responsible for return shipping charges. Your return may also be subject to a restocking fee. If you return an order that was sold with free shipping I may, at my discretion, charge you the original shipping and handling charge.
Should your order or any items within it arrive damaged please CONTACT ME IMMEDIATELY and be sure to retain the damaged piece(s) along with all packaging as you may be required to return it/them for inspection. Orders shipped via USPS will likely have to be taken to your local post office to file a claim.
Due to cost and various shipping issues I have encountered in the past, I do not ship internationally at this time. Please note: If a proxy shipper is used to forward orders beyond U.S. borders, Dezign Zoo™ can not be held liable for loss or damage.
